Opening: Mike D Lounge: Mizeyesis, Danny Cruz, DJ Lokash

Steve Porter has accomplished quite a bit in his day. The Western Mass-born DJ/producer first made a name for himself during progressive house's hay-day, producing some of the biggest tracks canned by the likes of [url="http://www.mercuryserver.com/forums/djdb.php?id=2"]John Digweed[/url], [url="http://www.mercuryserver.com/forums/djdb.php?id=4"]Nick Warren[/url], [url="http://www.mercuryserver.com/forums/djdb.php?id=190"]Dave Seaman[/url], and practically every other notable name. After touring the world as [url="http://www.mercuryserver.com/forums/djdb.php?id=5"]Sasha[/url]'s official opening DJ, Steve took the reigns as headliner, relentlessly criss-crossing the planet until the late 2000s. Then came Slap Chop, the video-remix spoof Steve made that went viral on YouTube (currently over 14 million views), introducing a revolutionary approach to marketing & branding all his own, thus giving birth to Porterhouse Media. Steve now creates unique video mash-ups for clients like ESPN, the NBA, Good Morning America, and countless others.

Long before Steve accomplished any of the aformentioned milestones, he was a resident DJ at RISE. He is clearly still a beast in the studio, and for guys like him, rocking a party is like riding a bike. This October he's returning to his home in the booth at 306, and he's invited some of his closest friends to join him.
