Danny will be spinning his bold, internationally recognized beats within a 14,000 square foot systemized sound space - the nightclub heart of the Garment District. House music fans know [url="http://www.mercuryserver.com/forums/djdb.php?id=244"]Danny Tenaglia[/url] as a groundbreaking producer who's taken the concept remix to a whole new level. His roots begin back in 1979, in the nightclub that was his regular haunt: Paradise Garage. That was where Tenaglia discovered the resident DJ, [url="http://www.mercuryserver.com/forums/djdb.php?id=1138"]Larry Levan[/url], who became his inspiration, and whose pioneer sound of post-disco, synthesized sound aesthetics paved the footsteps he would someday follow. Today, Tenaglia is known as the DJ's DJ, and among his most memorable remixes are "I Feel Loved" by [url="http://www.mercuryserver.com/forums/djdb.php?id=1393"]Depeche Mode[/url] and Blondie's "Nothing Is Real But The Girl", and most epically, The Daou's "Surrender Yourself" (1993). His rehash of [url="http://www.mercuryserver.com/forums/djdb.php?id=20"]Green Velvet[/url]'s "Flash" won him the "Best Remix" at the UK Muzik Awards, and also knighted him the title of "Best International DJ."
