is this worth it?
the parties listed on their flyers look good to me, plus it says admission to other events during thr week elsewhere and its $179.

My suggestion would be to get a rough idea of what parties you'd like to attend. Then take a look at http://www.m3summit.com/masterlist/main.php and add up the total admission costs compared to those same costs for an M3 badge holder and decide whether it's worth it to you. Chances are you're not going to be taking advantage of the seminars, workshops, lectures, etc of the actual M3 summit and will only be using it to get discounted admission to parties.
If you play your cards right you will hardly have to pay for parties while you're down there anyway. I've added up the events I plan to attend and it's going to cost roughly $100 for 5 days (day and night parties on each day), so for me the pass isn't worth it.
^ check your PMs :)
I don't have any. :D

That's because I digitally intercepted her PM. I have it. Let me read it to you...
"Oh Skahound, how do I love thee, let me count the ways..."
So on and so forth.
