Track starts at 19:45 and ends at 23:20.
From what I've found so far is that the first sample, I believe, is from the movie "The Mack" : "Anybody can control a woman's body but the key is to control her mind". The second sample sounds like it's from this anti-drug film from 1969 "The Educational Archives: Sex and Drugs"
