If I was on that team I would beat him senseless.

Re: Fuck that kicker from the Jets

What a disappointing game. You can save a reversal of fortune from last weeks game. Once again, maybe next year. :x

HAAHAHAHAHAHAHA :D

Are Kick was good at least

#340405Post 4 of 30

yup damn that kicker blew it twice, but in all honesty it was the entire offense that really blew it. They'd of been nowhere near Pitt if it weren't for the defense carrying them.

What a crazy ass game... my voice is totally gone. They should have put maddox in for fucks sake, rothlisberger was so fucking shook up all game and made a shitload of big mistakes. Oh well this city is going off and I can't wait till next weekend, I just hope the game is as good.

i can't believe that Ben Roethliesburger is 14 - 0 as a starter.. he hasn't lost a game in like 3 years dating back to college..

#340514Post 13 of 30

I didn't catch the Falcons/Rams game after. Anyone know who won that?

the Falcons

#340519Post 15 of 30

Like the man said any field goal over forty yards is not a gimme. The Jets didn't even belong in that game. Nevertheless I'm in mourning. I'll root for the Steelers now. I'll root for anybody that isn't the Patriots.

#340521Post 16 of 30

Yeah I meant the Falcons not Patriots. I must've been thinking about next week's games when I posted that :P

#340531Post 17 of 30

that kicker from the Jets made my night. lmao.

what a moron.

bet he never works in the nfl again.

ala scott norwood.

#340532Post 18 of 30

Not the kicker's fault. The Jets were playing 'not to lose' the entire game, especially on that drive where edwards didnt want to take any chances and try getting closer. very frustrating.

#340533Post 19 of 30

you can't rely on your kicker in pittsbug from over 40 yards.. its not a gimme like in other places.. the stats prove it with the longest fg being 46 yards.. its tough

#340572Post 20 of 30

Doug Brien sux. peirod. missed many a kick last week, and then again this week. i was going for the steelers anyway, but come on, how do you miss 2 field goals in less then 2 minutes. watch it, he might miss the extra point too.

Palmer you down in the burg ?

#340607Post 23 of 30

Re: Fuck that kicker from the Jets

Glad the Steelers won because next week's AFC championship game will be better. But, that Jets kicker has to make one of those kicks to win the game. Too bad for Jets fans to lose like that.

#341654Post 30 of 30

Dougy Brian should go move in with that fan from Chicago who caught the foul ball in 2003.

IMHO, Paul Hacket has no guts. Like said above, they played for the tie, played for OT, played for anything but the win.

WTF was the play they called in 6 seconds left in regulation when they moved the ball about an inch and a half? That is not championship quality football.

What a shame, they have such talent on the field, but are hampered by the play calling. And this is ultimately Herm's fault because he is the head coach and therefore accountable.

Either way they never had a chance against the Pats, they have the Jets number.
