this course looks damn hard! the uk folks seem to have taken a liking to it though... mcdowell is tearing it up! and paul casey's been great minus that one triple bogey. would love to see dustin johnson take it in the end.

drove 17 mile drive last summer at pebble beach, then settled at the patio at the 18th hole and drank ridiculously expensive martinis and watched the sunset. i'm not an awesome golfer by any means, but i'd drop $495 greens fees to play there. the word incredible doesn't do the place justice. easily one of the most beautiful places on the planet.

that was one wild open, i must say. congrats to that irish lad whom won it all. hat's off to him and his support.
am bummed that els, phil, etc. etc. could not pull it off :(
it was a good'un, though
