Re: FAO Kobe Bryant haters

The east is stronger now than the west. Boston, Cleveland, and perhaps Orlando if Howard can score. A big man like that should knock down 20 a game. But agreed the Lakers will be there.

Re: FAO Kobe Bryant haters

Jordan > Kobe - his intensity was just higher and he was quicker in general. Having grown up on Jordan and having also watched Kobe, who is absolutely one of the greatest, I wouldn't personally put him above Jordan. Watch both of their career highlight reels, and tell me Jordan doesn't have a small but noticeable edge over Kobe.

Re: FAO Kobe Bryant haters

you are right. but jordan was before my time watching nba  jordan played less seasons if i am correct and scored nearly as many points as kobe ^^

sadly iverson fucked it up. he could have been up there with kobe

Re: FAO Kobe Bryant haters

The 90's were the golden age of basketball I think... such great players all around. I actually stopped watching the NBA as much when it kind of downshifted in players respecting the game (if you are out on injury, wear a suit ffs.. be professional. always annoyed me).

Kobe, in my opinion of course, was more selfish than MJ. Not sure if it was the Shaq/Kobe bickering but I just didnt think Kobe passed as much or made other players grow as much in the game. 70+ winning games in a single season is crazy and I do think Curry has the potential to be better than Kobe or even (gasp!) MJ.

The GOAT is reserved for MJ, no matter what :)

I'm still kind of blown away that he's been playing for nearly 20 years. Holy shit.
