What do you guys think of this?
I personally think Federer is way to good and Roddick is pretty boring to watch. I'm not overly excited about this final althou i wont miss a chance to watch Federer. Federer won pretty easily at the 04 and 05 finals against Roddick and althou he is not in the same form as he was a few years back i doubt this final will be any harder for him..
Any thoughts?

roddick has the record against him 18-2 when facing the express ... ill be watching too for sure just hope its any good

18-2 damn thats huge.. it really must put a bit of weight on Roddicks shoulders.
It will be interesting to see how the supposed "new Roddick" will handle the pressure... Will he work the net like he did against Murray and if so will it even be effective against Federer seeing as he demolished Haas, one of the better net players going around.

I cant believe it went that long... Only 1 breaken serve each.. roddick early on and Federer Broke Roddick on the last point to win!

Poor Roddick, he looked so gutted. Was rooting for him, not that Federer didn't deserve it but no one likes to see the same guy winning all the time..
Thought he could have given Roddick abit more praise when he was initially interviewed on court by Sue Barker.. I mean he hardly domminated the game.

i was kind of annoyed when federer kind of shrugged off winning, meanwhile if roddick won, it would of meant the world to him. i guess when you win 2-3 grand slams a year, it would get boring i guess. =\

the first interview after the presenting of the trophies the girl asked him, how do you feel winning wimbledon and federer shrugged it off like, ehhh... maybe that is just his personality but to me... it was kind of insulting.. i dunno maybe im off.

He's just a really boring guy. The Number 15 zip-up top he was wearing was very cocky aswell.

good for federer, but i was rooting for andy. i think federer was playing it down in the interview because the media has been making such a big deal about him being the best ever. he was just trying to be humble especially in front of pete sampras. i don't tihnk he said anything inappropriate.
i hope andy responds in US Open, but i have a feeling this is going to sting for a long time. he's already pulled out of Davis Cup sighting a hip injury. :(

Nike was ready... they had the 15 commercial with all of their spokesmen/women RIGHT after he won.. before the interviews too.. i was like woa that was quick...

Roddick eventually losing even though he was up 6-2 in the second set tiebreaker was the heartbreaker... he did admirably, and then some more, to even battle for a 5th set that pretty much went into a 7th set. That was so gut-renching seeing Roddick lose.
Much respect for Federer's accomplishments, but I didn't like how staged that 15 logo on the zip-up jacket was.
