After winning the President's Trophy, Sharks have nothing to show forth at the end... I'm guessing if it wasn't already clear enough, Joe Thorton has cemented his choker status in the playoffs (... well he did try to light his fire with that fight against Getzlaf, but that was way, way too late in the series). That kind of stigma has gotten to the point where it's now near impossible for him to shake off anymore.
