I do not believe it will happen but I wish Romania wins and Italy and France can't pass the group rounds so they can't come back as our opponent later in the tournament. :lol: What I have seen from Holland so far was from another world and in this shape, each team in the tournament will have a very hard time beating them. I don't have the whole constellations in my head but I think we can't meet them before the Finals which is sooooo far away still. Also after the three Games we made so far I can't say that we would deserve it. I would take it nevertheless of course. :lol: But the best Games I saw so far were from other teams like Holland, France, Portugal or Turkey. Also Romania's 2nd Game was nice to watch.

to be fair the dutch didnt play that well, but romania didnt play at all. nothing. they acted like they had nothing to play for. we dont deserve to move forward. pure spectators. if the dutch were in our position, it would have been a quick 5-0 fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck

i liked them interviewing gullit after the game. the wonderful trio... what memories (when i lived in romania, steaua won the champions cup in 86, then lost in the semis in 88, and then in 89 we lost the final to ac milan - gullit and van basten each scored 2 goals - a team of italians and 3 dutch players; and in 88 the euro wins).

Both Games yesterday evening were boring imo. Romania did not do anything to my surprise, Holland did only what was needed and Italy won against a weakened France without Ribery, the heart of the team.

wow, the Swedes look old. They offered nothing as far as counter attack, any time the got the ball forward the attack had to stop for 5 seconds waiting for some sort of support. I dont think Russia has a chance against the Dutch really, but they definitely deserve to be there

the russians played amazing, the dutch played like arrogant fools thinking they can just walk on the field and win. the russians on the other hand played amazing, looking very very strong. they progressed from playing like shit with spain, ok with greece, great with sweden, and excellent with the netherlands... good for them

3 quarterfinals 3 group winners, and teams that rested players, out.. looks like a trend now more so than a surprise.

IMO Van der Sar kept that match a lot closer than it was.. unfortunately the best goalie in the tourny is going home.

Spain v Russia definitely the better semi-final though IMO.. i think Russia has learned a lot from the 1st match of the tournament

What a let down the last quarter final game was besides the penalty shooting. :what Boring game as already stated here. One day left for Germany against the Turks..this should be fun tomorrow evening. :)
