yankee hats are used as an accessory,as in look at me i think im cool because of this hat. while anyone wearing a mets cap, you know are a true fan of the team and sport.

i'll even give you a challenge...go up to someone wearing a yankee hat, ask who their catcher is...id sayat least 6 out of 10 wont know. id say maybe 3 out of 10 met cap wearers wont know who their catcher is...

btw, theyre are enough mets caps around ny ;)

and the whole 26 rings arguement is old and tired... how many of them did they win before you even knew what baseball was?

8-2 in our last 10. sucks those two losses were to the cubs tho. we keep winning, but the cubs are out of their funk now. going to be tough to catch if they keep winning. luckily, it's the cubs, and i can at least hope for their usual meltdown in sept.
