Re: terrell ownes suicide attempt?

1st off, Clarett is not a famous athlete, he is a famous piece of shit with no talent.

2nd, if TO wants to die, let him. I dont even think death will shut that idiot up.

Re: terrell ownes suicide attempt?

is he the "Guiding Light" or the "General Hospital" of the NFL? Fucking ban him for life. Unstable, imo. I don't need to hear about this shit. I care about football, not the gay side stories tainting the NFL. So annoying. The only reason he is doing all this is for attention. Fire him and move on. If he kills himself, that is one less thing annoying in my life.

^^ditto... pampered, coddled etc etc... it's a privilige to play professional sports not a right. we have are own problems here in cincy with bengals who just can't stay the fuck out of trouble and who in all honesty should just be kicked off the damn team and out of the league.

Re: terrell ownes suicide attempt?

^^yep... it's ridiculous. on one hand you have chad johnson who on the field and in the media spotlight is a total showboat and talks and talks and talks but off the field doesn't go to clubs, etc but goes home and studies film or sleeps in the clubhouse at the stadium... honestly for every fuckwit like t.o., chris henry, odell thurman there's dozens of decent pro players who stay out of trouble and treat it as an actual job instead of reveling in the whole celebrity side of things...

Re: terrell ownes suicide attempt?

More evidence that the media is 100% worthless. Reporting nonsense, making shit up, all for hype.

Just watched the press conference, he didn't try to kill himself, and didn't take a whole bottle of anything. He was at practice most of the day working out and he's taking extra suppliments to try to get back on the field by the Eagles game, and taking pain medication, plus dehydration...it's gotta take a toll on the body, and he more or less just passed out.

TO loves himself way to much to kill himself.

Congrats to everyone who blew this out of proportion. Tossers.

There used to be a time when reporters cared about accuracy and turth, now all you need for front page news is a big name and a rumor.

Re: terrell ownes suicide attempt?

actually, when they first posted that TO had ODed, espn claimed it was an accident and that he just had a reaction to his meds, which i fully thought it was. but then when everyone started saying it was a suicide attempt, espn totally turned that direction too. i started thinking it was really true. you really have to take the media with a grain of salt unfortunately. makes you wonder about the more serious topics they talk about. he was probably just trying to get some poonanny from his lady friend that showed up. :)

Re: terrell ownes suicide attempt?

They need to start putting fines against the media for bad reports.
