...this act has tired. don't get me wrong, the girl (and at 16 she is a [I]girl[/I]) has mad game but just stick to the women's side of things, refine your game, win some tournaments and then come back in a few years to try again.

i bet she would prefer to play the women's... she'd make a better statement by winning tournaments, not by missing cuts in tournaments you don't belong in. I just don't see the point when she will NEVER win a men's tournament.

- it will be interesting next year at the hawaian open, which, upon winning, yeilds a pass to augusta. augusta wont even let women on the course outside of spectators for the OPEN. they have the right to ban her as they are a privately owned and operated club, but wait until she sues. she nearly won the Hawaii open this year, and woody johnson said he would revoke the invitation.

nah, he said, DIRECTLY to martha bruke's(i think its her name) face no less, that a woman will not play until the members vote them in. and he wont ever release the names of the membership roster as long as he is president of the club. good for him. we have to protect private groups from people. my favorite was when the guy from the tour said that if wei or sorenstam play on the mens tour again, he will go out and qualify for a womans tour simply to prove the point that either everyone can implement restrictions or no one can. tough having a lawyer on the tour.
