Re: spurs/mavs last night

Definitely a sick ass game.

The Mavs are my second favorite team, but even if they weren't I would still say this: if they beat the Spurs and the Cavs beat the Pistons, the Mavs are taking it all. They are playing as good as anyone right now, and I'm pretty sure they could take whoever comes out of the East. We'll see, one more to go.

DIRK!!!!

Re: spurs/mavs last night

try being me, a MONSTER suns fan since back in the KJ, barkely and marleje days... we were walking into the second half of this year with a sick team without stoudamaire and all signs saying he was coming back only to see tim thomas go down and then amare comes back for ONE DAY to score 20 in 19 minutes, then get hurt again and be out for good.... thank god for tim thomas coming in and simply playing like a beast in the playoffs, not bad for a guy who was cut before the season and played 3 games in the regualr season... imagine the western conference if amare and tim thomas were in ..... phoneix's lineup would have been nash, barbosa, marion, stoudmare, and thomas with bell, thomas, eddie house off the bench, all capable shooters with bell being a great defensive player.

Yup, as much as I hate the Suns for beating the Lakers... I hate lakers even more for blowing a very lucky 3-1 lead. It's too bad Stoudmare aint playing, he would be tearing shit up and all these series would have probably been over by now.
