As you may or may not know, a number of MLB players will be playing with pink bats on Mother's Day to raise awareness for breast cancer research. I was listening to talk radio this morning, and some clown gets on there and proclaims that he's boycotting the game because he doesn't think male baseball players should be using pink bats.

How big of a meathead, macho asshole do you have to be to be unwilling to watch a baseball game because a couple of players happen to be using pink bats to fight breast cancer? What a jackass...

I'm glad to see baseball continue what the NHL started.... I didn't hear a "not macho" peep out of anyone when hockey players used pink sticks for a weekend to support the same cause.

mine was supposed to be more a dig at the guy than the sport... just to clarify. i am all for breast cancer awareness, think pink bats are a great idea
