They are worthy, no one ever pays attention to them. They're very much underdog type, for a team not known for having big sluggers.. they're doing pretty good atm.

Plenty of players have stepped up to the plate this season... imh

they're not doing bad, i'll give ya that.

it would still be 4 and out for them in the world series tho against the Yanks...doesn't matter, because they're not going to get past the NL Championship v the Cards. :P

baseball is back, if you haven't noticed! after a big HUUUUUGE slump, the media has really helped pick the game back up. they've even created rivalries that don't exist which is very funny, imo. i am glad to see, for the first time, fans are actually getting back into the game....

i heard about negotiations that was a-rod for soriano and nomar..... i don't think there's any way the yanks would give up a-rod for nomar and soriano though... i'm not sure if it'd be worth it or not.

i think the yankees will probaly win either way but i am def. going for te bosox. The team that doesn't stand a chance is the cardinals. Maybe if they pick up the unit they would stand a chance. I think he will go to the bosox to play with schilling again and win and become the most popular duo ever to play the game and break the curse.:D

i went over this with jenks a month ago...Playoffs u need pitching, have to cards have none at all not one. the NL is weak. They better hope oakland doesn't make it because they will lose 4 straight. and rolen won't hold up in the playoffs. another soriano story..

Oakland? check the stats dude, we swept them in interleague play...actually fucking destroyed them.

our pitching is good enough.

we're got three of the best all around players in baseball, Edmonds, Pujols, Rolen.

Defense is killer, (except for left field, which is good enough with Mabry, Lankford, etc.)

the yankees pitching is awful. they won't win it unless they can get some better starters under the age of 80. they may have more allstars in their line up but they can't get anybody out either.

the dodgers have a hell of a shot at winning it if they keep playing the way that they have. they have been hitting and if they have a lead in the 7th, the game is done.

^ the yanks wer eplaying pretty sloppy (after the 3rd inning) this past sunday. the way the game started (first 2 innings) i thought they were gonna score 15 runs. sloppy finish. but they're still my boyzzz.

i believe him too.... but he is only one player of 25 on their team. it'll take alot more than him to win a championship.

Derek Jeter the man they have to pitch to because he is in a line up full of homerun hitters. Always has been...The Kobe Bryant of baseball. Good player but not as good as a lot of other shortstops. IMO ARod should have taken over the team. Jeter's numbers aren't good enough. By the way that play he made a couple years ago in the playoffs was so over rated IMO. The runner was safe. He would have been out anyway if he would have let the ball go by.
