Today is probably bernie's last day in a yankee uniform. sad. over a decade of heroics and solid hitting. shame he doesnt see that he needs to retire. his body is breaking down. :(:(:(:(:( number 51 forever.

Along with Jeter, Rivera and Torre, Bernie was one of the few yankees that I couldn't hate on, no matter what. Always a class act even when his game was slipping (Now guys like Posada or O'Neil - that's a different story).

I wouldn't be too worried though, by all accounts your new CF may very well be:
