how the hell is that NOT considered a gift? fuck the IRS and our tax-hungry gov't. i commend the guy lucky enough who caught jeter's ball to 1) [B]absolutely [/B]give the ball back out of generosity and 2) keep a calm demeanor when told what might happen. maybe the IRS can take a fucking lesson from him.
