Re: Sasha Womb Tokyo 2011
Great set. I enjoyed him yesterday 3 hours @ Beachclub Woodstock and his first 1.5 hour was like this :D. The last 1.5 hour was uptempo and destroying ^^.
So, he does it right inside the three hours stride. I knew that.
Re: Sasha Womb Tokyo 2011
why, sasha? why would you post" part 2 available tomorrow nite" on twitter 3 DAYS AGO and not deliver? do you know how many people anticipate your sets? I don't care about the new lonely island vid; DO WHAT YOU SAY YOU'RE GOING TO!
Re: Sasha Womb Tokyo 2011
Don't mean to sound unappreciative, but I can't be the only one a little frustrated here.
Re: Sasha Womb Tokyo 2011
The new Lonely Island video was HILARIOUS!

Re: Sasha Womb Tokyo 2011
No Stephen, you are not the only one. I noticed the next day, when the mix did not appear, that the twitter feed promising delivery of part 2 had been deleted from his Facebook page. I knew something was up right then. It will come but now it could be weeks before we see it.
Re: Sasha Womb Tokyo 2011
Maybe he'll send out the link through his new email newsletter service. That contest is supposed to run to May 16th (next Monday), so maybe that's when we'll see (hear) it.
Edit Looks like he's saying tomorrow (again) https://www.facebook.com/sasha/posts/161812850548440
Re: Sasha Womb Tokyo 2011

Re: Sasha Womb Tokyo 2011

http://ul.to/7dmygyjk
thanks mades!
.. . you know why this on part 1 is bigger ?
Here I've converted it to mp3 (256Var) using Audacity with LAME codec: http://www.megaupload.com/?d=LP2C45OM
Re: Sasha Womb Tokyo 2011
part 2 is total Sasha boss mode. it hurts it's so good
Re: Sasha Womb Tokyo 2011
Hoff you ask me ? Well 256 VBr will be probably bigger than 192 CBr if the average bitrate is higher than 192 (depends on codec settings). But since the original file is 192 aac i don't think anything above 192k mp3, if you use a good codec, is necessary.

Sasha is using Traktor Pro 2 and controlling it with the Allen&Heat DB4 (using this as a midi controller) and also 2x traktor kontrol X1's, I think he is using these to control the sample decks on Traktor pro 2. I am unsure if he is using the sync feature in traktor or using the pioneer CDJ 2000's to beatmatch the tracks manually
