Yeah I'm fairly sure the Sasha one is from the first half of 98. The Oakenfold one mite be Late 98, but I think its early 99 but I haven't listened to it yet.

I'm guessing they recorded that Sasha one but didn't release it straight away. There's quite a time difference with the Sasha & Digweed one from 1996 as well. The Sasha one is from the end of 1995, the Digweed one is from mid 1996.

The Sasha set may the same as his Twilo set that starts with Cuckoo.

The Oakenfold set is fantastic .. wow, are those 2 going up ?

Yeah its the same. It would probably explain why distance in time between the sets. I'm guessing they recorded the Oakenfold one themselves and got the Sasha one from another source after the broadcast.

Track 8 is the unreleased [URL="http://www.mercuryserver.com/forums/djdb.php?id=5"]Sasha[/URL] / [URL="http://www.mercuryserver.com/forums/djdb.php?id=37"]Quivver[/URL] track Elisium. Contains [URL="http://www.mercuryserver.com/forums/djdb.php?id=5"]Sasha[/URL]'s very recognisable lead synth line from that time :) The sampled voice loop is saying "Elisium".

I saw [URL="http://www.mercuryserver.com/forums/djdb.php?id=5"]Sasha[/URL] play a very similar set around this time in the main room at Cream in Liverpool. He opened with [COLOR=#CCCCCC]The Cardigans - Your New Cuckoo ([URL="http://www.mercuryserver.com/forums/djdb.php?id=362"]Ian Pooley[/URL] Dub). The other tracks I recognised that night were the ones I already owned on vinyl myself :)

Your welcome. I was playing this morning and recognised the long lost Elisium track which i've spent 15 Years pursuing lol.

I believe it's on [URL="http://www.mercuryserver.com/forums/djdb.php?id=190"]Dave Seaman[/URL]'s Renaissance Master Series Three - Desire but i've never heard it.

This set is similar to the one on my tape which Simon R has and which I want back ASAP hint hint.

It was broadcast on the Essential Selection on the Friday night half hour slot which was part of the eight hours which Radio One has in their archives somewhere and which they recorded at Twilo.

Simon R also has my half hour Digweed set from the same night which is banging and was broadcast the following night on Danny Rampling's Saturday night show and which does not exist anywhere on the internet :)

It was supposed to be a Two Hour Essential Mix but it got shelved in favour of the above :(

Digweed mix contains:

and two stunning tracks by Arcus?
