The mysterious set labeled as Paul Oakenfold, Sasha & Carl Cox Essential Mix.

My brother and I dug deep into the search for details of the set including the tracklisting. There are about 2 or 3 tracks still missing!

I don't recall where or how we got the info, but my copy is still mislabeled lol, its from a back up DVD so I couldn't re-name it.

At first it was said to be both of them, but for some reason I have it labeled as John Digweed Immense velocity Pt 2. Its from an old DVD back up, so I could not rename it.

Some good shit from back then.

chunky, that's the way mine is labeled as well... well on my tracklist.txt document. I also have the notes Twilo on there so who knows?

Any ideas on the "unknowns".. been looking for a while now!

My brother found the Palefield Mountain track and we actually got a hold of the vinyl copy, dope track!

yeah, its a really weird set for sure. One other side note.. that 97 JJJ mix of these guys. towards the end they play Slacker - Scared (of tomorrow mix) followed by Loveclub - The Journey (Light Mix)..huh huh.. something to think about aye?? = )

One more thing. the 3rd track here.. it might actually be the P.O.B.'s Seismix mix. It does not sound like the "Radio Edit" nor the "Of tomorrow mix". Being that John is a POB fan.. it quite can be the mix here.. Can't locate a sample of said remix though.

The whole purpose of a radio edit is its a shortened version to be played on the radio. Hence about 3 minutes long so it was obvious it wouldn't be a radio edit

Yeah but that jjj mix up was nearly a year before this set and its unlikley they would be playing the same tracks they played in 1996. Love Club and Scared where where big tracks to play so early in a set. Also no one seems to know anything about immese velocity and this set has been misslabeled so many times. I think there is something strage about it.
