Re: Sasha@phoenix festival 1997

Last night was the first time i listened to this since it was broadcast. Its only 5 tracks but it still is really good. Shame they didn't air the rest. I bet it would of been great.

Re: Sasha@phoenix festival 1997

My brother posted this on Bedrock:

"Sasha Phoenix festival 1997

  1. Sandman - Kalt
  2. Pako and Frederik - Western Approaches Evolution remix
  3. Vadis
  4. Lustral - Everytime Nalin and Kane remix

This above set info is wrong

The correct set is

  1. Sandman - Kalt
  2. Vadis - Past & Present (Skinny Malinky)
  3. Pako and Frederik - Western Approaches (Majestic Music)
  4. Lustral - Everytime (Nalin and Kane remix)
  5. Skylab 2000 - Auburn (Slapped Up Dub) (Journeys By DJ)

Pako and Frederik - Western Approaches was released first on their own label as MAJ 001. This was an extremely limited pressing of which I was lucky enough to get one at the time. It was re-released 5 years later on Coded with a remix from Evolution and a new Atlantic Break(er)s Mix among others.

Skylab 2000 - Auburn was originally released on their own label Fatal Data Records before being remixed and released in this version a year later in 97.

Andy"

Re: Sasha@phoenix festival 1997

There's confusion over this! let's clarify!

There are two sets circulating same tracks different order!

My radio 1 broadcast and post on the Bedrock forum is bang on!!

I've heard the other set too our Si passed it too me and yes same tracks different order!

This is not a private club for Martin Prince, Bart and Milhouse. Some of you should help with re-uploading a few sets.
