[B]** Note ** This recording includes really annoying crowd noise that some listeners may find very irritating ![/B][/quote] if you have never been to lush before dont slate the crowd chatting, its been my local down through the years and its beats any club in the mainland hands down. Chat to any dj who has played at it through the years and they will tell you they love the crowd chatting etc. I was there that night and its up there with the best nights clubbing ive done through the years, the whole atmosphere, sasha on top form and the live link to emerson was outstanding. They dont make nights like those now. :( No wonder why its still going strong, compare to some other clubs in the mainland whom have closed their doors, on a weekly basis.

It's just that I'm not a big fan of football crowd style chanting in clubs, just as I hate whistles etc.

A case of personal choice/taste etc. ;)

Yeah me to. I don't want to go to a club and hear chanting all night. Most of the time these days when I go out I spend a considerable amount of money getting there and paying for the night. I can tolerate expensive cabs,shit drugs and mega drinks price's as long as I can hear what I paid for, the music.

There was a great letter in mixmag back in 1999 about a girl who had traveled to Lush to see Sasha and said the same thing, twats yelling "Play That Fucking Music Sasssssha" all night while Sasha was :shock: playing music. Turned out one of them was Col Hamilton.

I was going to post this set on hear, as lush is coming up to its 15th birthday next month that's 15 years of lush as it was branded at the time the night club as a whole has been going for a lot longer...... guess who is playing the 15th birthday of course sasha i for one can not wait

on it's night one of the best clubs in the world fact

as for the chanting comments a few reply's back it can get to you at times, i know its been my local for years. but the loudness of the chants is always matched by the amount of people giving it stacks on the dance floor real stacks sweaty high fives all round

Can't wait for this night its going to bring all the old heads out of the wood work for a 3 hour past present and phuture set. EPIC
