actually the 320kbps copy above from Lellone has the same spektogram. Its less than 128kbps. though the file is saved as a 320.

might be due to the reduction of the bandwith on the interwebz for Covid-19?????

Shame really, but is what it is.

Don't really know how the recorders work, but I wonder if it shit itself toward the end, or had limited space & reduced the bitrate.
