Also in the original recording Sasha turn off the wrong deck and then has to start the track from scratch so maybe he deliberately used that as a starting point for the version he put up

I think the point is, that back in the day, to be a top DJ you had to play the freshest tracks week in week out, and mix like a bastard on heat. Sasha's not the only one that's turned into british TV (full of repeats), but surely it's got to be more exciting playing fresh sets. He's mugging us off by playing anything different. He's got more resources on tap than mostly anyone, so what's the excuse. Unless there's a killer track about, that needs to be played to death, a curfew should apply on everything else, like around 14 days. Understandably the guy's probably so preoccupied remixing his remixes that have already been remixed that he's starting to forget what we first tuned in for.

Tbf Sasha has always played tracks to death, if you listen back to his early 90's sets you will find the same tracks keep cropping up in most of them, difference was back then you didnt have the internet or forums like this so to hear most of his sets you actually had to be there, then of course along came the mixtape and people were able to hear these legendary sets. If you want to hear any new material you will probably have to wait till the Miami sets as thats when he seems to debut most of his new stuff

That's true Matt, but wouldn't it be great to know that the tracks on an album were tracks that a. no one has heard and b. no one is likely to hear again. We are after all only talking of roughly 13 exclusive tracks. Am I asking for the impossible?
