I don't think he's a patch on Digweed at the moment. It's such a lazy style he's got going on. I'm not a huge fan of this bouncy bassline House It's so happy and same old, It's way too street for me, too predictable. It's not often I'd skip a Sasha Mix but bloody hell comparing this to his 2 part set (Fabric) Avalon set, and many others earlier in 2010/2011/2012 this is very forgettable.

Only track I really like is 14. But even that on a few listens isn't all that.

He's always liked messing about with effects units, he used to always like putting a phaser over everything when he was using that Roland DJ2000 back in the GU San Francisco days

Ah, finally a set with an audio quality worth listening to. His management needs to throw a few more official +3 hr ones at us. He records every one of his sets so it cant be that hard to do.

Thanks to those who shared links on this.

As rare as Sasha's live mixes are these days I'll take what I can get. I agree that some of the tunes are a bit a tiresome and the constant FX use gets old quickly...however I still enjoy what he plays. It's upfront and fresh after all. I am just glad any of these get out into the world for enjoyment!

I live in Atlanta, and am quite familiar with Liquified, Devin, and his promotions. He indeed has tides to Sasha and John Digweed as he (the organization) was responsible for their first North American tour back in the 90's. Sasha was also the first dj to ever play for Devin at a party here in Atlanta back in 1996. The 10/26 Mix from Sasha was to commerate Liquified's 18th Anniversary promoting events. As far as this being a legitimate mix- I was there and this is defnitely the mix. And wouldn't have been released without permission from Sasha himself.

Well, I have now seen him 4 times and I'm definitely not giving him any more of my money. I wasn't the only one who thought so, thread in my local forum has been going berserk !! Apparently he played great sets elsewhere. People have been making excuses for him, tired , jetlagged etc. But every Dj who travels the planet can say that and most are professional enough to give the paying customers what they pay for ! This guy just has too many "off" nights. We ended not even getting the 3 hours, although personally I thought that was a blessing , the local that played after him [Sean Quinn] was sooo very much better. !!! Anthony Pappa played a great warmup as well.

^^^ It was really surprising, I thought the same before the gig, but I don't think I have ever seen him do a warmup and he was brilliant. Definitely the most downtempo I have ever seen him play. I must find out if it was recorded , it was a whole new side of Anthony and I loved it. !! :D Sean Quinn just smashed it out! :lol: Makes you think how many amazing local Djs there actually are out here. ??

Personally I enjoyed this very much. Yes a few times the effects got a little out of hand but overall I loved it. Mixing was spot on and track selection was tasteful. What more can you ask for?

Assuming you saw him in Melb Didi...wasn't the sydney show supposed to be a boiler room event? If so that is likely to have been recorded no?

WTF, i've been to every record store within 100 miles, and none of them and I mean [B]NONE[/B] of them can pre-order let alone order the Involv3r album sasha has set to be released March 18th. They all say there is no album on any release list with any name Involver3, Involv3r, 3involver, or sashainvolver#3. [I]I cant seem to find anyone who can buy it also.[/I]

The more i look for it, the less i find in my area. I'm sure that I'll find it sometime, funny i might have to drive [B]5 hours[/B] to [I]Buy A CD[/I]

I received my copies through Itunes the day of, even after my itunes account was hacked the moment I purchased it. HA. The hard files finally were placed for availability on amazon here on the 20th.

God Stuff All Around. I love it, and the video mix is HUGE
