Thanks juiceman and dnit. This was the first set I did in a little over 5 months so it may not be as polished (may even be shaky in some places). I've got some toons now for another one and I'm browsing for something coming up soon. It should be interesting.

Can't believe I missed this one. Track @1:05 is amazing! Also can't beleive how far a "member" mix is able to surpass some of the supposed "a-listers" mixes. Keep up this approach and I'll eagerly await your next endeavor, sir. Thank you.

But I have to say there are a lot of members here that are just as good if not better than some of those "a-listers". To be honest I don't grab too many mixes outside of [url="http://www.mercuryserver.com/forums/djdb.php?id=241"]Tom Morgan[/url] and [url="http://www.mercuryserver.com/forums/djdb.php?id=101"]Jody Wisternoff[/url], I find that member mixes are where it's at in this community (Bobjuice, Ribbarrio etc...). Also I've put up quite a few mixes here and if you do a search you'll find them. Hopefully this week I can get some time in and do another mix, but I also have Sounds Of Summer III coming up as well as a project mix in the works. The track you speak of is Allen Spion - Fallen For Her (Undbeat Remix) which is a really laid back groovy deep track. Thank you again for the comments and for taking the time to listen. I´ll be quite honest, I don´t listen to many "house" mixes nowadays (I stay more on the techno/ambient/IDM fields), wether it´s from "superstar-DJ´s" or relative unknowns, but I´ve remained faithful to your stuff and ribbs´ stuff, and I think that´s saying something... the mixes from you both have something which is becoming more and more important to me : personality.

Will give some feedback later :D

Your right! It speaks volumes and any person that plays and doesn't listen to what individuals say shouldn't be playing. I'm honored that you go outside of your main category (I would say genre but man I hate that word) to listen to something that I do. I've said this before and I'll say it again, I'm not doing these mixes to make a name for myself as I'm getting too old for that now and my time has come (90's) and gone. I play because I love music (all kinds) and if everyone is enjoying what I am doing than that is a bonus. Kinetic, it's people like you and the rest of the community here that make me want to put my mixes up here with your words of encouragement. They are so much appreciated. Thank you again for listening and taking time away from your other music to listen to mine.

Been on heavy rotation these past couple of days, as the heat rises around these parts!

Beautiful, absolutely beautiful. I agree with bob that this is amongst your best mixes ever. The groove, the melodies, the emotion... all perfectly balanced. Like I said, this is not my "usual" sound but you have a knack for staying on the right side of this type of music, never falling into cheesy or "easy" music. It´s warm and cool at the same time, and fun without being mindless.

All this, and extremely well mixed to boot (but that´s no surprise).

I´m seeing this mix as one of my companions for the summer ahead ;)

Thanks! Be on the lookout for Sounds of Summer. Going through about 50 tracks for that right now looking for that trend that spells summer out.
