The release is self-described as "deep" techno, which it could pass for. ;) The first two tracks are circa 124 bpm so they certainly be made to fit within a deep techno set. I agree that this is less on the minimal side of things.

What I do know is it's hard to beat "free!" Thanks for passing the aural candy along, Mick. Hobirdized did not show you the love for this share. Piss on them. :p
