Hey Thomas, I think MS is fine with you direct linking your own sets. If I understand the problem, it is about fans direct linking and not giving you the opportunity to show off the hard work you have put into your website. If you choose to override it, well I think it is acceptable by MS.

Admins correct me if I'm wrong please.

@marcovee: checking back your Email makes me think you come from Germany so to all of you, he's not Thomas Penton. :P I removed your links for now and will ask Thomas the next time he's online on MSN if it?s cool to post his links. If an artists decides to stream his sets you should respect it as they want most of the time attention on their site and people staying logged in for a while surfing around which is not the case if the links are posted on other sites. Most sites have statistics of how often people listen to the music that?s offered but if people download the sets with a different method they will get false results. Hope you can understand this and I also hope you guys keep this in mind for the Future. If you really want other people to listen to a set you loved ask the artist directly if you can share the links or just direct people to the website.

of course im not tp...but he once hit me up on slsk and he saw that i share all records he ever released and he didnt care shit...dont think he would be mad bout direct links tho...maybe you moderators should just take it more easily sometimes :wink:

RESPECT :!: sorry to be a little hard on ya, but it makes perfectly good sense to me, even if a direct link is much easier for you and me.

I talked to Thomas and he?s fine with posting the links so I reposted them in marcovee's posting. He told me he will add a new set in the next days and if somebody wants CDR's with mixes from him you can Email him using this addy: [email]info@thomaspenton.com[/email]
