Its was a Pre Southfest party in a new venue call Alsina. The opening was with John Digweed a month ago.

About the set ... It was the worst night in my life ... I didnt like the set ... they sold too much tickets and the club was full, no space to move ... going to the bath was I kind of adventure ...

I just realize Sasha is not what he used to be, and talking about maven sounds ... I'm just tired ... he is using the same sounds he used 4 years ago ... !!!

:D he played on wednesday at a Club the "pre party" and delivered pure magic for 5 hs :twisted: :D it was more intimate i ll post vids from this at the southfest he destroyed the place again ... 3 years waiting to see him again! but the day finally came! seeing him 8 hours in the same wweek is priceless :D only word i can find is "perfection"

... Cant stop thinking about the 2 nights !!.

i dont like to diss people but this made me laugh..... i mean come on man.... there hasnt been a sasha set for months and all us passionat fans are always eager for what tunes he is playing at the moment...we dont need people pulling at are heart strings... idloaded it anyways and listened to first track and was buzzing then a really bad mix...i mean if it were a soundcheck then he just would let tune play out to next tune....i mean to my knowledge sasha has a sound enigineer to check the system etc

i was willing to take the tripod one as well done mate at getting that set but then your next upload is a soundcheck...

dude if you have access to tunes of this quality learn to mix and you could be the next sasha but please dont upload anymore.....whats it going to be next time.....ull have a mic in the hotel room hes stayin in....... and record him practising...

Hear people screaming that set X from Sasha is the best ever, but a set in the same genre from a different artist sucks. It's a bit weird, and like cloting brands :(.

I love Sasha's genre, and Sasha's mixing. For me it's all about good MUSIC. If this soundcheck isn't Sasha, I don't care. The music in this set is good, and from Sasha's pc, what do you need more :).

Never a truer word's been said .. but sometimes he behaves and acts professional - twice at Pacha Sasha's turned up very early and we've chatted at the bar.

I'd imagine Southfest is a big gig for him and one that he's keen to do well at - hence his pre-Southfest set, probably to check out which tracks get the best reception.

He was punctual as Sankeys and seems to like playing there. Maybe he's improving with age !

I don't care either, the tracks are good, I love the mix. But I belive it's not him. Now he posted this "just some great music", wich has the same 320k quality. Probably he mixed this two tracks, and maybe he mixed the "soundcheck" as well. Listen again from 7:50 to 8:00, it doesn't sound like an ableton mixing.

I haven't been near here for quite a while.

Mercuryserver used to be THE best source for Sasha and Digweed sets but after downloading many a set only to find out it was was bullshit, after a while you get the impression that alot of the sets listed here are posted by bored children who lost the love of the music a long time ago.

If this post gets any replies you'll see who I'm talking about.

It's amazing the damage young children can do :D

Mercuryserver still is the best source for Sasha and Digweed douchebag! There are the occasional ones that slip by, but that is a rare occurrence. You probably wouldn't recognize Sasha and Digweed if they were playing right in front of you. Go leech somewhere else if you don't like it here! End of rant.
