Lay down on the sofa, switch off your mobile and any other telephone. Rain outside, it´s cold and gray? Good. Dim the light, press “Play” and close your eyes. Don´t have it running too loud. Rather decrease the volume during the course of the mix. Try to forget what has been on your mind and focus on the elements of the music instead. Start listening. People don´t listen anymore.
