Hi everyone,

I started such a request for chilled/downtempo mixes some time back and ended up with loads of top quality mixes.

I have become an ambient fiend of late and thought, I'd throw out such a request for ambient mixes.

I have already d/l gems by Chloe Harris and SCD from this site, and top quality ambient indeed ;)

And so, I throw out the request.

chillout/downtempo/ambient they all fit in the same pie for me. One is apple, one is blueberry and the third is pumpkin pie. All good stuff.

it's not an ambient mix completely, but the digital witchcraft proton radio mix from 2003 is one of my favorite chillout sets. you can get it on hybridized.org i think

Well, this is "just" a mix by a friend of mine, so it's not released officially. Neither my mixes. The name of my buddy is David Pusztai. He is also an amateur music lover and maker (mixer, actually), just like me, and I suppose [I]Will You Ever...?[/I] is his first set. But I'm not sure. However I find it worth listening. As I've written on the blog (in Hungarian), it is a rather chillout-like set, just as if it would be a "not-so-loud" Café del Mar edition. If you or anyone has further questions, feel free to ask them.

Chloe Harris has a mix called The Sleepies. Make sure everyone d/l it. It's one of the mest ambient mixes, I've ever heard. It's over in the "General yakkity yak" section under "best ambient albums thread". I haven't had much time to check out her other offerings, but judging by The Sleepies, ye ole ambience shall be yours ;)

A year later came 'The Craze' on Playhouse, then vocal duties on Sebo K's 'Moved', both of which became bona fide hits, melding house stabs with soulful vocals. Achim's latest record is a collaboration with producer Murat Tepeli, with whom he also performs live, for Ostgun Ton, the record arm of Berlin's Berghain/Panoramabar complex, where Achim is now a resident DJ.

I have to feel the music and I'm always trying to share my feelings with the crowd on the floor. If everything goes down well, there's an exchange going on.
