Question, do you mix directly out from your decks to wav, or do you do any post-processing/clean-up once you get it into wav (and I assume you're doing this on your mac... what audio program do you use? do you just mix down in garage band?)

Basically, I run record output from mixer into one of Traktor Scratch's inputs, so whilst I am playing it records back into the computer as a wav file. The only post processing that I do consists of normalizing the gain, then running a peak limiter over it to bring everything up to the levels I want. To do this, I use Peak or Soundtrack Pro and run Apple's AUPeakLimiter.
