Just a guess, but it [I]could[/I] be Pole Folder - Pacha 6AM which is coming out in June on Hope Recordings as part of the Buenos Aires EP.

rar is not a real audio, its an archive, so like zip is, just unrar the file and get the mp3 from innside with a great quality ;)

rar is an archive format like a zip so you need to unrar (unzip) it with something like winrar [url]http://www.rarlab.com/[/url]
