this is a great post, but it could be so much better. For instance if we had the old groove armada covermount cd. That would make this post better. Don't get me wrong, I think that Danny Howells mix might be the greatest hour of progressive ever mixed before, but the groove armada one might be in the top ten.

So how bout it then. Anyone got it?

i actually have two copies of that cd, but i just crapped on one and used the other copy to cover it up, sorry. :roll:

Good lord what have I done?? Maybe I need to explain myself. What I meant to say was that this thread is genius. It conjured up memories of all those times I was rocking it on my cd player to mixmag and muzik covermount cds. I always wondered if i'd ever see them again. "Covermount CDs, will I ever see you again?" and like manna from heaven, the kind souls on mercury answered. What did they say, you ask? Why they said yes Charles, here you go.

So I am grateful, but sadly, i'm still a poor student, so can someone upload that groove armada set please???

Very surprised no one has uploaded 'Danny Howells - Tech Trance' from Ministry Mag in about 98/99. That CD is LEGEND, totally different music to what you'd hear from Danny.

I used to have it but all I know is that I don't haveit any more, not sure what happened to it. Only have a copy on minidisc. Classic set

the set is definetely Nick Warren , its the only Sound of Homelands ever released by Ministry Mag , its the cover cd on the April 2000 issue (Discogs)

When I ripped the cd as a whole, the file name was created using the name of the first track which is James Holden - First Light. I changed the file name after import. Winamp and Itunes will probably display it a James Holden. If you change the file name in the Winamp player, it should change permenantly.

I can't belive I forgot about this one, I just put it on again while I was uploading, probably has been 3 years since I last heard it. This is a FANTASTIC mix from Danny. High energy right from the start. The intro Pob track is fantastic, and when Hale Bopp kicks in about 20 mins in..its all over from there.
