the problem with danny t is that his sets are way too long. in amongst the 10-20 hours he'll play, there's about 5-10 great hours and the rest is overly used fluff.

he's a legend and the danny t experience is definitley real, but you have to be hardcore and up to listening to some junk to be able to appreciate his talents.

I have seen Danny Live about 20 times and half of the time he plays the soulful handbag house, while the last time i heard him was at Crobar in New York and he came on at 4 am and really played underground rave shit, hard bangin progressive, however I have yet to hear a set of his that was anything close to what I've heard him spin live at or Crobar, hopefully this set is not his soulful handbag house that his older sets often display.

just pissed off because he did 2 dates in italy and i missed them both because i was at opposite ends of the country! friday he's in venice where i normally am. i'm on holiday in the south. monday he's in the south where i was, but i have gone back to venice and then gone to the uk.

oh yeah and that same monday was sahsa and digweed in venice.

to say i'm pissed off is an understatement

ohh, mate,

you really are out of luck.....

i was there in venice, and it was unbeliveable, amazing!!! and you could hear almost all the tunes he played in this mix....

and when you hear it on that sound, ouch, damn great!!!

wow, thats no luck... i used to hear him live at vinyl almost every friday in new york city... be yourself fridays at vinyl (arc)
