150 gigs that's a bad break i am willing to help you get some back.

Did you get another hard drive and how much space do u have now? Do you use slsk? or winmx? What is your download speed?

let me know i'm sure we can work something out.

good luck

Re: I just lost 150 gb of live sets...

Ouch!!! Sorry man....

So is your HD physically destroyed? Did you try any recovery software? It happenend to me once and I was able to recover a lot with software.

Re: I just lost 150 gb of live sets...

Yea, me too. Software at Circuit City Electronics Store used some software and recovered every bit of mine after a crash. It has happened to me 3 times. The first time I almost lost 100 gigs, but they helped me with the recovery software. The other 2 times, I had backed it up luckily. I recently did my back up again, and had not done it ... so I could have lost another 100 gigs.

Try that out if you havent trashed the drive yet. Just take the drive in somewhere, don't even need the computer. Its easy.

If I can get my system to upload, I'll help. But I have something in my router stopping me from sending uploads to the file sites. I don't know why.

My Hard Drive is not even recognized in the BIOS so software is not even an option.
