I don't really like Desyn so I never read this thread until now. My overall impression is that some guy uploaded the sets and they expired, thats unfortunately how it works. Then some people wern't quick enough so they decided to request the set, which is against the forum rules (soulseek seems to be the solution for most people). I don't see what the deal is, if someone decides to upload a set, thats up to them. The forum seems to work well enough with about 10 users regularly putting themselves out to provide music for the community, noone has a responsibility to do it.

edit: Just noticed that this is my 500th post, and probably my first arguementative one :)

Well, it just takes alot of time to get track of these threads, and it would be helpful for the 10 to not have to take care of 2000.

A little balance is needed.

Congrats on the 500. The reason the discussion started was because Stu's webspace is drained and noone would take the time to post up the set to a file site.

Sometimes a swift kick in the butt does the job well.
