Heard this at an afterparty last week. I have never heard of Simon Shackleton before, this is quite good.

Burning Man is pure, raw, inspiration. Each year is very different and you get the Burn you need rather than the Burn you want. This year was my personal favourite of the 6 I've been to ... it was beautiful, intimate, inspiring, passionate, flawless ... and as my heart & soul moves further away from the EDM-heavy festival stages of the night time, I feel more engaged than ever before with this music, and more importantly this incredible sense of community that Burning Man engenders.

Thanks for sharing this i'm really enjoying this set an hour into it. I was curious and did a quick search on Simon Shackelton and found out he was also know as Elite Force, I then checked my archives and found I had a set from him and James Zabiela, i'm sure I listened to it before but forgot I had it. Elite force and James Zabiela - Live @ Strongarm sessions on Proton Radio - oct. 25, 2005. All this to say i will be on the lookout for Shackelton sets in the future.

I heard the first 3 hours at an afterparty, my mate had seen him at a free party (I didn't know they still existed) and said he had never seen anyone work so hard behind the decks before. He had been recording as Elite Force for years, I saw one of his tracks on a Sasha mix from 1998, he also has a track on Jimmy Van M's latest mix.

That PMZ track is amazing.

He had a track on Nick Warren's Soundcloud comp, "we all shine on" which was signed to Hope. Definitely one to look out for, and he's been around for a while too!

He's had tracks played by Jimmy Van M and Sasha too. I downloaded all of his One Series and am looking forward to all of them over the next few months. Most of them are six hours long, so it may take some time.

For some reason I thought the tune was more recent...time flies and all that.

What a marathon set from Mr. Elite Force...takes a lot of effort to get through this one if you want to give it the attention it deserves.
