far far far from it... for a start its only 96 KHz and only 24 bit... also its pci which is a bummer as the pci slot is being faded out in favor of pci express which makes it very hard to upgrade when you get a new pc ( complete new card needed unfortunately ) you should of seen the trouble i had finding a motherboard with a pci slot last year when i built a new computer, its only going to get worse over time.... better pray your motherboard doesn't pack in or the card will become useless, this is an end of the line sound card unfortunately but still a good 1.... did you get the adi 648 as well ?
