Track 3 was finally ID'd a couple months ago! It's Pianoman - Party People (Umboza Instrumental). Beautiful record. Was after it for the longest time!

The last unknown record in this mix track 14. It sounds like a version of 'Energy 52 - Café Del Mar'. Not exactly sure if this is a remix of it, or a unique record under a different artist name and title that just uses the same melody as Café Del Mar.
