This set rocks! Makes his latest Balance pale in comparison. Guess it raises two pertinent points: 1. seems ANY set, live from Bahrein/ Argentina is my kettle of fish, 2. for those who hype releases (Involv3r, Balance Presents etc.) nothing compares to a live set like this to truly capture how good a DJ/ producer is. And on that note... Bring on the Cabin Pressure!

I guess this is a new mix?? why wasnt it posted under the digweed transtions section, just curious because they usually have 192kbps versions.....

The Transitions episode which contains this set is posted in the Digweed thread. But Guy J has also posted this mix up, without talk overs & in high quality on his Soundcloud. No download link yet, which is why I'm guessing this rip is only 128kbps.

I would assume Guy J will make download available once the Digweed Transitions episode is officially out.

that version will be slightly better 192kbps although it will have all those annoying voice overs and commercial breaks.

man just freakin this set so damn good hope its released in 320 quality

agree.. That's why comps should be live sets on multiple cds or something on digital format.. Thats the future imo

To be honest a 320k version wont help much for me because its a live set with crowd noise... It sounds live, not recorded from the mixer directly... Shame.

I'm sure it was recorded from the mixer (or notebook) and crowd noise was just added using secondary recording device. Other djs do it that way too.

^ Oh yes his balance is fantastic, listened to it around the same time I listened to this. I've listened to Guy J's sets before, though I found I enjoyed this set much better than the previous ones I've listened to. :D I guess I really like this sound that's he's playing now.

Guy J Must be one of the few cases who keep the relationship between Great producer + great DJ. He learned too much the last couple of years.
