Back in the day it would have been a big issue and a ten-pager. Now P&R is almost dead, I personally don't give a shit if it's a promo. A promo of one of the most powerful and famous producer and label owner on earth, wtf :).

Plus, if it reaches trackers, then blogs, then MS, how "promo" can it be?
