Italian producers Stefano Lotti & Luca Fabiani have been crafting expertly produced techno and minimal for some time now. As the brains behind the Equilibrium Lab imprint, they're also both well versed in what it takes to run a burgeoning label - one that's quickly gaining a reputation as one of Europe's most renowned. Their most recent offering, the 'Education Required' EP, sees them team up once again for another discerning slice of electronic music.

And just as its title alludes to, this is electronic music made with an educated listener in mind - and an EP that’s primed for the dance floor rather than the headphones. The atmospheric strands of “Hungry Horses” is first up, with its muscular, relentless core and sporadic vocal exactly the sort of weapon that’ll drive the night toward “trippier” planes.

B-side “Setting the Torch” is more groove orientated, with more sturdy kicks, dubby tones and occasional horns ensuring it too is the sort of weapon that’s sure to prompt dance floor pandemonium.
