I'm assuming sbando meant there's no need to prefix Member Mix since he's a full fledged producer/DJ as opposed to 'member mix' implying bedroom DJs doing it for fun ...

The exact reason I like the fact Iffy chose to put the label "member" on himself as his association with this forum pre dates his commercial success. Fair play to him

Being a member of this community for over 4 years now I feel like it should be a member mix as you all have been so supportive of me. Also In Plain Sight is myself, Lucas ledford and Robert Johnson.

That said: I consider NIN, Silinder, Sebb and the rest of the gang as published producers, Gav has a waiting list longer than Lamborghini's. Hish and Darin even more so.

If one of them does a podcast for a third party, that's not a member mix. James Zabs, Nick Warren are members too. Are we tagging their sets as Member Mix?

And, as Hoff says, Iffy is still so humble and nice. I re-read the beginning of this epic battle, I believe some people don't know that I'm a friend of Ephraim's (as close as the Webz allow), so there was no moderation, wtf? But his will has been restored.

Guys truly this is a complete non issue. I read the whole thing too and yes people dont realize that sbando is one of my dearest friends and (is allowed to) take the piss any time. Honestly I dont even care about the member mix issue and I'm sure he meant no harm by it too. Its just been one of his pet peeves and I know that he does it out of love so please don't be harsh on him too. In the future I will continue to post as a member mix. I wish I could do the same at bedrock and back at GU where people have supported me from the start. Honestly the accolades from big djs are fleeting, its the support from sbando and the rest of you that stays and matters. End of speech and I'll get off my high horse now. ( do vote for the mix though as we would love to meet the brothers Hartnoll)

Cleaned the thread even more (by request) but left the questions about the un-tagging, those can be of some use and no name calling was involved.

I'm still waiting for NID/IPS to produce that Max Cooper-ish downtempo mix!

Thanks guys! Unkle sorry about using the same kick on that I need to come out with some more kicks, I got lazy. Honestly this remix was done in 2 hours from start to finish as I found out about the day before the comp closed. Will user different kicks next time.
