Thanks Evil & A. I listened to the first hour last night and I thought it was Visionquest playing. I like his darker stuff, so the Beatport mix is far superior for my tastes. But I'm getting the impression that even big Dons like [URL="http://www.mercuryserver.com/forums/djdb.php?id=655"]Scuba[/URL] tend to overdo it when it's their first EM (proper, in this case). I'd rather listen to a dj that's totally in control of it and not one that tends to stuff new productions, best of remixes, aka's, friends, label into a two hour show (MJC, Maceo, [URL="http://www.mercuryserver.com/forums/djdb.php?id=655"]Scuba[/URL]). As a sort of statement.

I'd like to hear Bortz, definitely. The Life & Death clique. Even some of the Big Guns, in a studio mix. Then Hisham, [URL="http://www.mercuryserver.com/forums/djdb.php?id=132"]Homegrove[/URL] and myself.

This is the first EM I´ve listened to in years, literally. I´m guessing at least two years. So that should tell you something. Honestly, it makes zero difference to me who they choose to put on... in this day and age, no one needs fucking [URL="http://www.mercuryserver.com/forums/djdb.php?id=155"]Pete Tong[/URL] or even Diggers, to get great mixes all across the web, and EM has had no one relevant to my tastes for years.
