...and use it to criticize him today.

Much of what continues to happen proves in my mind that he is nothing more than a NWO puppet. Him and everyone between him and the Rothschilds needs to be hung out to dry, after being tried for treason and crimes against humanity. I'm sure I'm more likely to be gassed in a FEMA camp before that day ever comes, but I can at least feign hopefulness.

He means pre-campaigning platitudes, promises and slogans. Heck, you don't even need to go that far back to see the inconsistency in the delivery. It's not unique to him as a politician by any means, but doing nearly the exact opposite on what you campaigned is not a way to ingratiate yourself with voters.

At some point??? I think we are at that point already and have been since he chose his cabinet and filled it with people such as http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Timothy_Geithner

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand GO:

“The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. Leadership means that ‘the buck stops here.’ Instead, Washington is shifting the burden of bad choices today onto the backs of our children and grandchildren. America has a debt problem and a failure of leadership. Americans deserve better.”

I intend to close Guantanamo, and I will follow through on that. I have said repeatedly that America doesn't torture. And I'm gonna make sure that we don't torture. Those are part and parcel of an effort to regain America's moral stature in the world.

This thread is going to be fun
Steve Kroft: This is the biggest financial crisis this country has had, a lot of people say, since the Great Depression.

Sen. Barack Obama: Right.

Kroft: What caused it? Who's to blame?

Obama: Hey, look, there were a lot of factors involved. But I think there is no doubt that if we had had a regulatory system that had kept pace with the changes in the financial system, that would have had an enormous impact in containing some of the problems that are out there. I mean, you've got greedy CEOs and investors who are taking too much risk. But that's why we set up rules of the road, to prevent that from spreading into the system as a whole. And, unfortunately, we had a lot of deregulation. And instead of modifying the rules for this new economy, we just eliminated them. So we've got to change our regulatory system. But, Steve, there's a bigger problem. And that is that the economy has not been working for ordinary Americans.
Re: At some point, we will be able to take everything Obama has ever said pre-2008

“Senator Clinton has a different approach. She believes that we have to force people who don’t have health insurance to buy it. Otherwise there will be a lot of people who don’t get it. I don’t see those folks, and I think it is important for us to recognize that if in fact you’re going to mandate the purchase of insurance and it’s not affordable then there’s going to have to be some enforcement mechanism that the government uses and they may charge people who already don’t have health care fines, or have to take it out of their paychecks and that I don’t think is helping those without health insurance, that is a genuine difference.“

Obama said during a January 31st 2008 debate on CNN.

Health insurance premiums are not and will not be going down, oops.

Blame the insurance companies and malpractice insurance costs.

Re: At some point, we will be able to take everything Obama has ever said pre-2008

Right, it's just an (un)happy coincidence that premiums rise and people are losing access to their once-loved plans. If I can blame insurance companies, can I blame the FED (inflation), too? Oh, and he along with his buddies wouldn't take up tort reform (supposedly being a slick-jawed lawyer himself), so thanks for reminding me of that inconvenient truth.
