What is going on with the the former dictator of Egypt Mubarak and the tunisian dictator Ben Ali? Ben Ali had a stroke and was in a coma in Saudi Arabia.

Why are these stories coming out? What are the odds that all of a sudden both dictators go into a coma?

going from years and years of living like a king and having the best doctors, food, exercise, etc...to getting kicked out from the country and the whole world talking bad about him def had a big role, he's 85 yrs old and all the stuff he went thru in the past month or so def broke watever health that was left in him...
