Why does geo-engineering with the application of aluminum, barium and God knows what else need to be done on taxpayer dime (that we don't have) in relative secrecy and little public oversight? Especially when you consider the unknown repercussions on the food supply, the wildlife and our own well-being? The massive number of animal die-offs of late (worldwide) adds more fuel to the fire.

Sorry, but this is just more evidence that we need to reel in who or whatever is in control of our government(s), yesterday.

No, not necessarily. That's a leap of logic to make from this video, I admit. After being given a second perspective, it could very well be the presence of water vapor due to differing temps in the upper atmosphere. However, we've all seen contrails from the ground before and those dissipate momentarily. The long, elongated plumes suggestive of chemtrail activity tend to remain upwards of 30 minutes or longer. Now if it can simply be explained as a result of differing atmospheric conditions, I'd like to know.
