The enquiry into this is ongoing and i don't mean any disrespect to the victims of the day's events at all.

But there are many questions unanswered stil, most troubling to me is the reporting of the police gunning down the bombers at canary wharf. That was reported once and once only and i remember it well. So, were they on the trains or were they in canary wharf being gunned down? Makes a big difference doesn't it?

Plenty of other inconsistencies throughout but i thought it'd be interesting to throw it open to discussion here. Couldn't find another thread about it, please delete if there is.

Re: 7/7 Ripple Effect

7/7 was so obvious. Anyone that looks into that for 10 mins knows it didn't go down how they say it did, Not even close.

Re: 7/7 Ripple Effect

I haven't had a 7&7 in a while. I'm more of a Maker's Mark guy myself.

Kind of how I see it too RM, but i was interested in the thoughts of people worldwide I guess. I think it's fair to say there are parallels with the "astonishing" thread so I wanted to see what the reaction was like from those that accept what they are told from their own govts and news outlets, this having happened outside of the U.S.A.

The timing wasn't great, the whole world looking at the G8 in Scotland then BOOM and everyone was focused on 7/7

Re: 7/7 Ripple Effect

This is what concerns me
There was initially a great deal of confused information from police sources as to the origin, method, and even timings of the explosions. Forensic examiners had initially thought that military grade plastic explosives were used, and, as the blasts were thought to have been simultaneous, that synchronised timed detonators were employed. This changed as further information became available. Home-made organic peroxide-based devices were used, according to a May 2006 report from the British government's Intelligence and Security Committee.
Also instead of having a Public Inquiry the Government then waited until they where forced to have an inquiry. Sounds familiar

Re: 7/7 Ripple Effect

(US govt pressure x cia) + MI5 x (mosad + Some random guy born in a country in the middle east) = 7/7
Mossad assisted the UK Intelligence organization MI5 following the 7/7 bombings in London. According to the 2007 edition of a book about the Mossad entitled “Gideon’s Spies,” shortly after the 7/7 London underground bombings, the British domestic intelligence agency MI5 gathered evidence that a senior al-Qaeda operative known only by the alias Mustafa travelled in and out of England shortly before the 7/7 bombings. For months, the real identity of Mustafa remained unknown, but in early October 2005, Mossad told MI5 that this person was, in fact, Azhari Husin, a bomb-making expert with Jemaah Islamiyah, the main al-Qaeda affiliate in Southeast Asia. Husin studied in Britain and reports claim that he met the main 7/7 bomber, Mohammad Sidique Khan, in late 2001 in a militant training camp in the Philippines (see Late 2001). Meir Dagan, the head of Mossad, apparently also told MI5 that Husin helped plan and recruit volunteers for the bombings. Mossad claimed that Husin may have been in London at the time of the bombings, and then fled to al-Qaeda’s main safe haven in the tribal area of Pakistan, where he sometimes hid after bombings. Husin was killed in a shootout in Indonesia in November 2005.[31] Later official British government reports about the 7/7 bombings did not mention Husin.
